1. Honey - Honey is a natural humectant, meaning it attracts and retains moisture. It has antibacterial properties, making it beneficial for acne-prone and blemished skin. It is not only antioxidant rich but also provides gentle exfoliation, soothing and healing properties.
2. Turmeric – curcumin, the active compound in turmeric, has potent anti-inflammatory properties that can help reduce inflammation and redness, making it beneficial for acne, eczema and psoriasis. 1. Wet your skin to prepare it for exfoliation
2. Take out a small amount from the container
3. Apply to the skin and gently massage in a circular motion. Focus on areas that need extra attention, such as rough patches or dry areas.
4. As you continue to Massage, you will note that it starts to turn into a creamy, milky texture, creating a moisturising lather. Rinse off and pat dry.
5. Moisturise, if you feel the need for it
6. Best to use 2 to 3 times a week.
